Exercise For Heel Pain

Exercise therapy is one of the most important aspects of any treatment plan for heel pain. It is what gives you the long term solutions for your heel pain. For every heel pain patient we see, everyone is given a custom at home exercise plan. If you run, go to the gym or play sport, you will be advised if modifications to your exercise regime will improve your symptoms or reduce your recovery time. 

The exercises you are given are based on your specific diagnosis, your strength and your goals.
